What knowledge, skills and experience do you have that you would be happy for people to contact you over?
I started out in 1986 in Italy in the advertising industry at major agencies TBWA and Ayer.
In 1996 I was head-hunted for a technology/telecoms company in London. I first became director there in 1999 and then managing director in 2004.
I saw the company through an exceptional and solid growth, taking a team of just a few to 120 and to just under £20 million turnover with very high profitability, reaching the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 in 2005. The company was sold in 2007 to everybody's satisfaction.
Since then I have been working independently on a consultancy or project basis with a varied portfolio of companies in several sectors. During the years I have gained a wide range of skills and resources; they can make a difference for other business owners and directors who aim at growing their companies and improving profitability.
As as an advisor or non-executive director I can assist with strategy, business planning, marketing, talent management and funding strategies; bringing in vision, translate it into structure and making things happen. I can provide tailored input to companies that require in depth work on their business and mentoring to individuals who want to become better managers and entrepreneurs.
