It's good that we're now both in this site - "Development Crossing". BTW, I visited your site just now and find your blogs essentially a "Positive Critique" of what needs to be done to improve the Philippine Energy Sector. With your credentials, it would be good for you to be a Consultant for the Philippine Gov't (Dep't of Energy &/or the Philippine Congress) - compensated under the USA'S or under the Asian Development Bank's ODA Package.
Hope this mail finds you well, am Miiro Shannie from Uganda in Africa. With ur exprience and the Nature of work you do.
You really have alot to offer and for that regard, i would kindly request your cooperation to join forces with you and see, how best we can share knowledge together to bring change in Energy Crisis within our Communities.
Hope to read from you soon with your maximum Cooperatiön.
Nick,
Thanks.Your lead would be a good guide in our Advocacy of Windmills in the Philippines. I'll be passing on your Lead to Engr Macario Tagum in his very own R&D work on low speed windmills.
