Revealed: The secrets of supply chain resilience

Risks have global geographic scope, happens across industries. And it is typically uncertain as to how and when they will occur. It requires responses from multiple stakeholders.

Risks are also magnified by the way supply chain systems are configured. They cannot be mitigated by individual participants in the supply chain. So what can you do to build greater supply chain resilience?

To my opinion one of the most important stakeholders in that process is the supplier. There are (at least) 2 ways in which you can work with your suppliers to create supply chain resilience.
