CSR/Sustainability Performance for Abbott Laboratories

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability metrics site CSRHub recently updated its ratings on AbbottLaboratories and the 230 companies in the Pharmaceutical & MedicineManufacturing industry.  Abbott’s current overall rating is59 after the most recent updates to their CSRHub page.

The average rating for the other companies in the Pharmaceutical & MedicineManufacturing industry shifted up one point to 53.  This allowed Abbott to maintain their position of34th place on the list, using the CSRHub average user profile. Also see information about Abbotthere.

Abbott has a particularly strong score in the Environment area of 66.  This is due to a high score in Policy & Reporting of 66—well above the average for this industry of 54.  The area with the greatest opportunity for improvement for Abbott is in Governance Transparency & Reporting.  Here, Abbott gets a 52—which is still above the average for its industry of 49.
