Development Crossing

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability

I would like to let you know about, a website I have been working on for the last few weeks with the help of a charity called ABLe Volunteers International Fund ( All the products for sale on the site have been purchased from Mike Mwaniki Njogu, the manufacturer in Kenya and all the revenue we generate will be reinvested in further stock.

We are basically trying to establish a sustainable business for Mike and his family, which is even more important considering what has happened recently in Kenya. There is more information about the parties involved under the ‘About Us’ and ‘Links’ sections of the website. The aim is to eventually start buying from a wider range of suppliers so we need help building up the profile of the site.

Please forward this information to anyone you think might be interested. As much as we will be grateful, I’m sure I don’t have to explain how much this will mean to Mike and his family.Feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions.

Hey Keith
What do you mean by reinvested in further stock? Why did you select Mike Mwaniki Njogu?
