I am a mathematician. I'm e-Learning Consultant and MOODLE Certificated; educational trainer at INVALSI, National Institute for the Evaluation of the Education and Training System, http://www.invalsi.it/ for skill evaluation according to the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) - OECD;
member and collaborator of UMI (Unione Matematica Italiana) http://umi.dm.unibo.it/.
I'm e-Learning Consultant and member of Manager staff for rotaryementoring.org , an e-mentoring project of the Rotary E-Club of Latinoamérica District 4200 Mexico.
I'm e-learning Project manager for an education managment program of "Computer Science and Systems Department" (DIS) & Maths Departement (DMA);
Project Worker at University of Salerno, on Web-Ontology for IWT platform (Intelligent Web Teacher), and on ESV, Virtual Scientific Experiments, for e-Learning 2.0.
I'm consultant at the University of Naples "Federico II". I have developed for the UniNA, the statistical model of conversion of traditional measurement scale in the scale ECTS: feasibility study of possible models on data mining processing ; statistical analysis of the same with adaptive tests.
I collaborated with FORMEZ on TQM consulting under the ISO 9001 Quality Project-Vision 2000 within the E-Government Plan for the Public Administration with particular emphasis on implementation and application of techniques of Project Managementand.
I have developed the digital signature with SMAT-card kit, C + +, for UL Software House in Naples.
I have extensive experience in teaching Mathematics and Physics in Higher Institutes in various positions of responsibility in the sectors IT-Assessment and Training.
I was Project Manager of Project Quality ISO 9001 at IRRSAE, to improve the Quality of Pedagogical School System.
