- I have been in the Global Education movement for the past 20 years, and have an insight into the obstacles at the local level and the international level with regards to implementing education supporting the UN. In particular the UN Global Compact and the MDG's.
I also am able to dialogue on holistic education an how a company might move first to triple bottom line accounting and then beyond as is required by future models of Sustainable development.

You may or may not have heard of me. My name is Mitchell L. Gold. I used to be a Chartered Accountant practicing in Toronto, and was also involved in the Radio and Television Advertising business. I used to have 30 employees and was grossing over $1 million per year. I have had my great aha when participating at the United Nations as representative of the International Association of Educators for World Peace. (IAEWP)
I have been on the path of the Peacemaker (the Iroquois Legend ) for over ten years. I have participated in many sacred ceremonies, travelled the world, worked with and helped many traditional Elders around the world - and I am a message carrier for some Elders. Rumor has it I can speak for over 1000 traditional chiefs - although I feel that I can speak for only half a dozen or so with integrity.
In my role as Peacemaker I have attempted on two occasions to bring messages forward through the Electoral process - in Toronto, Canada - running for Mayor - attempting to bring out messages that need be heard. Mainly on the theme of Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance and Alternative Financial Instruments (Toronto Dollar). The media did its darn best to keep any significant messages out of the press. Not to complain but that is the process. And I should say an unfortunate process at best. Those that write for the Toronto newspapers are a strange lot understanding little of possibilities for social change. They all use language they do not fully understand and are not interested in learning stuff they do not know they do not know - (Joey Slinger for one). And those in the Corporate Governance and Education field they too are an interesting lot too. I will spare the reader the examples of incompetence in order to avoid libel and slander suits - although that may be the best way to get attention.
We have orchestrated another plan. We have called for a World Drumming this October 24 - on United Nations Day - a 24 hour wake up call - positioned to Awaken Compassion in the Creative City. Promoting three important universal programs - the United Nations Global Compact, the Millennium Development Goals and the Earth Charter. (not that these programs go far enough fast enough but they do hold out a base starting point for hope.)
Ghana, the Congo, Miami, Toronto, Crestone, each are planning something.

Personally we do workshops to survive and periodically we beg from friends and family when in dire need. We are breaking that model through this process for easy support of our activity and an income producing protocol for any who help us, and at the same time sharing the knowledge and wisdom that we carry.
You may consider this a MLM scheme if you wish. We have our program on the Internet - available to all who would like to learn about transformation, the four qualities of all transformation, and the fifteen sense paradigm that prepares one for self Mastery. These are important recognitions as we mover from the "I" "Me" paradigm to the "We" model for community. Recognizing the interconnectedness of each of us in the local community, and globally.
For $100 you may learn this information and share it with others as you like. For every person you introduce to our Homeplanet MBA program we will pay to you $20 for all referrals and then $10 for any referrals that your referrals make, and a further $10 for every referral that those referrals make. You figure it out. I think they call it three levels down. This is as simple a model as one can make. And you benefit and we benefit. Our work continues.
You benefit four ways: economically - you get your money back with 5 referrals only.
This model will be in place only for the next several months. And that may change depending upon acceptance of this marketing model. We reserve the right to discontinue this referral scheme after you have earned $100,000. Bulk sales to corporations or groups should be negotiated separately. I am trying hard to stay away from the FIG model that most MLM's use. Fear Ignorance and Greed.

I think if we were to use the Homeplanet MBA thinking on Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Development and see the homeplanet MBA's perspective, every member of Development Crossing would become involved with the homeplanet MBA.
I have many thoughts on how to write this communnication. Perhaps if one were to have an insight into the Business Plan behind the homeplaneet MBA and its relationship to the Philosophical stance of Development Crossing - namely "how do we get corporations to be responsible?
NOw we believe we have the marketing strategy, and the economic strategy , and the educational curriculum that will assure a success. Our success will be the success at Development Crossing. We have come here with a common vision mission - just different ways of articulating gthe roles wse are playing.
Well are we not all great?
I believe we have made a big step by getting involved with this network.
Our business model will allow us to give a number of free registrations. We have come to argue this amongst ourselves. Perhaps a money back guaranteee? Perhaps just getting your money back if you demonstrate you have read our information and opine on it.
I think I would pay for that opinion. I believe your opinion will be valuable.
