I am a social action professional ,working in India since 1983. I beleive in empowerment and sustainability pedagogy and have expertise like volunteer promotion , HR training , community develeopment , Project planning and evaluation , disaster mgt , child rights promotion and ecology mgt planning.
The academic subjects like MA( sociology) ., MA( Public admn). MBA(HRM) , LL.B., PGDRD , PGDCA only helped me to acquire interdisplenary inputs to my work. I am also an alumni of Schumacher College/UK , University of Vermont/ USA etc. and these exposures provided inter-cultural understanding of societal and developmental issues.
I am happy to help anyone or collaborate with anyone as long as they are committed to the cause of social justice and sustainable development. Speical areas could be a) concept development b) Project formulation c) training and evaluation d) volunteer development e) assertiveness development e) social and ecological action in India.
I am looking for collaborators for promoting indegeneous people's rights , carbon trading , eco-tourism , sustianable development models ,education of child labouers and women's rights in India.
