Rethinking Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability as A Basis for Restructuring Capital Markets

In 1984 while I was traversing mountain ranges and climbing wilderness peaks in Montana, I read Building A Sustainable Society by Lester Brown of the Worldwatch Institute. As pivotal a piece as this was at the time, its focus was on macro-level concepts at the societal and global level. The book's conceptual scope was appropriate, not only for the times and the existing level of environmental awareness, but also as a foundation for the expansion of the definition of sustainability for micro-leve… Continue

Dear Richard, it is always a pleasur to talk to you. Things could have been better with my new job, but they are not really structured, as many of the Ayitian companies. Oups, must go, talk later...

Dear Richard, I hope everything is fine for you and your family. It seems that when someone get married, he'll have all kind of problems, anyway, it is a famous say in Ayiti. I've also lost my job, besides my business. People said that if I did not have this economic problems, my couple would have. Is it like this in your country ???
It seems that is the end, because I've found an other job. By the way, I was a sales supevisor in the brewery which has made Prestige, an Ayitian beer, which has won the World Gold Medal for Lager Beer in 2000, they also make on trade Mark, Pepsi, Teem, 7up, etc.
Now, next sunday, I'll start for an other drink maker, which make on trade Mark, Coca Cola, Sprite, some of their own productc.
Then, I really appreciate that you wanted to be kept in touch. Now I just have two taxi-motocycle, it is a new business in Ayiti, and in a few months I'll start with the clairin again, wisely, with your advices.

Take care,

Luciano

I really thank you Richard. I have ever thought about that and it would has been so easy to manage. Clairin it is a Ayitian beverage made from sugar cane. People use to drink it by adding fruits or without that stuffs. However some people know really well how to mix it and make a delicious drink with it.
I plan to re-open my store in a few months and be sure that I will follow your advices.

Take care,

Luciano
