I read your name in a project proposal title, Unleashing the Power of Cassava. I currently work with Engineers Without Borders, Canada, and am seconded to IITA Malawi, in Chitedza, Malawi.
I also currently work with a small rural processor of cassava flour. I have a number of lessons learned from time spent in the field with this processor that may be interesting to share with you as I read that you have an interest in agro-enterprise development.
