After having left the banking and consulting business I started in 2004 to built a non-profit organization that became part of an international charitable network promoting third sector transparency. Having written the successful EU application in cooperation with our partners in the UK I was also the national programme director for the duration of the eTEN funded “GuideStar Europe” project. Among my key expertise are advocacy, capacity building, organisational development, fundraising and public affairs.
I am currently working as a consultant, mainly focussing on:
- microfinance concepts for public institutions and nonprofit organisations.
- inventing strategy tools in order to help improve the ability of organisations and institutions to work more efficient and to signal the quality of their services to stakeholders and markets (impact measurement, accountability).
