Name of Company / Organization:
Flying Brain, Moral Organisational Development Consultancy
What would you most like to get out of this network?
Share Best Practices, Building a high-level experts network to assess corporate social responsibility projects.

I'm using the professional social networks to build a high-level experts network providing me future collaborative resources to work within this business solution : first, to assess corporate projects candidates for ethical certification and, second, to implement ethical certified projects. Let me know if you are interested by this project and how you may involve in its common development. I will contact you back before the "ethical platform" will be launched.
What is your current job / title or what field are you studying?
Strategic Coaching
What knowledge, skills and experience do you have that you would be happy for people to contact you over?
I always have been interested by social and political use and impact of media systems (press, broadcasting and telecommunications) and information and communication technologies. That is why I spent about 7 years in scientific work (I wrote two books in French on freedom of information and philosophical challenges of public communication). I also spent 10 years in public affairs, aspecially in regional and local governement administrations and independant agencies in charge of open governance and legal regulation of electronic media networks and contents.

At now I'm starting a new job as a consultant focused on social accountability and sustainable strategy. Two interrelated aspects : management consulting services, on one hand, and corporate social responsibility (CSR), on the other. I'm developping this challenge from an social entrepreneurial point of view : ethics and business are deeply connected (as my education is : I have a Phd in philosophy and an executive master in management). In other words : how the corporate social responsability may be a business opportunity to build a competitive advantage in a global world and not only a constrainted cost to comply with moral obligations under social pressures ? To manage this problem I'm working on a "ethical label" : i.e. a mix between a commercial brand and a open standard, intended to enhance corporate citizenship following a volontary way and local communities sensitive approach.
What else would you like to say about yourself?
My name is Boris Libois, from Brussels, the small capital city (1,5 million inhabitants) of a no man's land (Belgium, 10 millions inhabitants), somewhere in Europe, stuck between Germany, France, United Kingdom and The Netherlands. Living in a small but complex country helps being open to understand our global world.

hhi boris: am setting up a world tour to introduce my new book about giving sellers new tools to serve buyers/clients by shifting from sales, to a servant-leader modality of actually supporting all decision making through this economy.
any thoughts on how to work together? i have a formal invite - can you email me at sdm@austin.rr.com? putting servant-leader/corporate responsibility together for the last 20 years has been challenging, but i think it may be the right time now.

Hi Boris: I'd love to discuss collaborative possibilities, given my background as a management consultant in the area of 'sales' and have developed a wholly original and ethical/spiritual sales and negotiating model you might like.
We can speak if you think it would serve you... sd

"Gramsci" has to be the coolest corporate acronym ever! Very clever! Sounds like you might be interested in a community I've created called OurWorld (www.ourworldcommunity.ning.com) - I hope you'll find it interesting.
