Hi! I recently graduated from a University in which I had the pleasure of meeting several students from Uganda. From what I heard, I would love to live and work in Uganda (though they live in Kampala, I am not an urban dweller any longer)! I'm looking into getting involved in permaculture projects in AFrica...wondering if you guys knew of any sustainable agriculture/permaculture organizations or individual projects in rural Uganda.

Hello, my organization is currently working with groups in Uganda and Cameroon. Please view our site at www.phoenixvoyage.com and check out the Africa section. We have a wonderful group in Uganda working closely with us to bring new technologies, farming methods and health benefits.

Dear Kerrie
I am impressed with the work which you are doing.
I founded a rural development organisation in Uganda by the name of Twezimbe rural development organisation.
We are currently looking for a partner with whom we can jointly run this organisation. The partner will help us in strategic planning, fund-raising and co-managing the organisation.
We already have a technical cum academic secondary school which requires revamping in terms of infrastructure etc.
We wish to engage in sustainable modern farming and we lack some body to guide us in this area.
There are quite a number of development projects that we can jointly undertake.
Our website is at www.interconnection.org/Twezimbe
Please advise me on the way forward on the following address:
assemwanga@gmail.com
or
assemwanga@qsourcing.com

Some years ago, I founded an organisation by the name of Twezimbe Rural Development Organisation which is based in Rakai District of Uganda.
One of our objectives is to uplift the area through modern sustainable farming. I am sorry to report that we have not yet achieved this objective.
I wish to invite you to come and stay in Uganda and develop this important activity in agricuture.
