Many microinsurance programs involve some type of partnership structure and good management of such partnerships is often a pre-requisite for the success of the program. What are the success factors in managing these partnerships? What strategies have worked so far and what pitfalls should be avoided? What tools can be used in partnership management?
To initiate discussions around these questions, the ILO's Microinsurance Innovation Facility invites you to a 75-minute interactive session on "Managing Partnerships in Microinsurance". Learn about the initial findings of a thematic study by the Facility on this topic and engage with practitioners who will share their experiences on partnership management. Join us and interact with:
· Kelly Rendek, microinsurance consultant and author of the Facility study on managing partnerships, who will discuss the key findings of the study based on an analysis of ten organisations;

· Jeremy Leach, microinsurance consultant and former head of the Business Development unit of the Hollard Group, who will share his personal experience in partnership management; and
