(Source: ReportAlert) Repsol YPF, an integrated international oil and gas company, operating in more than 30 countries and leader in Spain and Argentina, has published its 2008 CSR report.

Some of the highlights include:

- the approval of new policies and internal regulations such as the Community Relations and the Relations with Indigenous Communities policies,
- the reassessment of the strategic objective, establishing a reduction of 2.5 million tons of CO2eq for the 2005-2013 period compared with the business as usual scenario.
- a decrease of 26% and 25% in the company’s staff and integrated personnel accident frequency rates respectively, compared with the previous year, in compliance with the annual and strategic objectives set by the company for 2012.
