Event Description

In a recent article titled "2014's Most Valuable Employee: The Social Intrapreneur" Forbes states 'social intrapreneurs are quickly becoming the most valuable employees at many companies because they are good for the bottom line, good for the brand, and good for staff morale.'

Inspired by this idea, we decided to introduce you to one of the leading voices on social intrapreneurship.

Professor David Grayson, Director of The Doughty Centre for Corporate Responsibility and co-author of the book Social Intrapreneurism and All That Jazz will be our guest speaker on June 25th to discuss the topic of 'Social Intrapreneurship'.

Professor Grayson will be sharing with us some key insights from the book and shedding light on:

- Who are social intrapreneurs?

- What can companies do to encourage social intrapreneurs to flourish amongst their employees?

- What characteristics / skills do social intrapreneurs need?

- How can companies benefit from social intrapreneurs?

Join us for a chance to hear Professor Grayson speak, learn what you can do within your organisation and get inspiration from other socially minded professionals.

After the discussion, you can also join us for a glass of wine and some informal mingling.
