Event Description

ASP Learning Events collaborates with Alexander Ballard Ltd in a half day workshop to highlight the ground-breaking methodology they have developed to help organisations assess their exposure and respond to climate change with appropriate strategies.

This session will take you through the PACT (Performance Acceleration Climate Tool) framework. We will share examples of leading edge practice.

Participants will have an opportunity to assess their own organisations in a wider context and learn how to target and carry out effective improvement actions.

Consultants will be able to identify opportunities to use PACT in collaboration with ABL
