Event Description

Corporate Responsibility supports effective business strategies by fostering innovation and embodying a long-term focus. However, the success of implementing organizational change relies heavily on planning. In order to effectively integrate sustainability into a business plan, you must design a specific Corporate Responsibility program that aligns with material concerns and organizational goals. Designing a solid framework for Corporate Responsibility creates competitive advantage and leads to sustained long-standing value.

Tad Radzinski utilizes over 30 years of applied experience in Corporate Responsibility to provide insight and guidance on leveraging sustainability to support effective long-term strategies. This presentation is supplemental to Tad’s January video blog series about designing an effective Corporate Responsibility program, which will be released in the weeks leading up to the presentation. The two-part video series addresses:

1. From Assessment to Action – Utilizing gathered information to prioritize sustainability goals and develop a sustainability plan.
2. Creating Compounding Returns – Developing a plan that provides sustainable revenue to finance further improvement.

This webinar provides the opportunity to go deeper into these video topics, examine ways to ensure goals are achieved, and have your questions answered by an industry expert.
